Join us in our Spring Wellness campaign, to help us recharge and reconnect through different mindful activities. 

 

The Breakfast Club will be hosting a range of relaxing and wellbeing orientated crafts including a Tai Chi session under the Dome!

 

Wellness is an active process of making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is especially important as we age because regular exercise and proper nutrition can help prevent a variety of ailments including cardiovascular disease, obesity, and fall risk behaviors. Kicking off the Spring Wellness with Wellgate Community Farm, we have plenty more activities planned through spring!
